Profile:

Mystical Lake Organic Tea Plantation is great for the environment. The Pacific Ocean brings clean wind from the southeast while the Hinoki forest on Taiping Mountain in the northwest brings air convection day and night, both of which nourish tea plant with phytoncide. There are no other buildings or crops in the surrounding area, thus the tea plantation is protected from pesticide and heavy metal pollution. The friendly climate and abundant rainfall are perfect for tea growth.

In order to reassure consumers, the Organic Tea Plantation adopts planting methods that are friendly to the environment. Pesticide and fertilizer are totally free, and the natural ecology is diverse.

The tea is best in quality in spring and gives off a strong fragrance and sweet taste. Spring tea has thick leaves so that it can be brewed for several times. To keep the best quality, TRANSLOVE Organic Tea is only harvested once a year during spring.

TRANSLOVE plants organic tea while keeping in mind its ideals of protecting the earth and implementing sustainable planting methods. Produced using traditional methods of Taiwan and awarded the Organic Tea Certification, the tea is undoubtedly the best.

Brewing Steps:

  1. Prepare hot water or mineral water;
  2. Clean the teawares with hot water. The most suitable tea wares are porcelain teawares (porcelain tea pot and cup). After water boils, wait for one minute to make it cool down to 90 ;
  3. Put an appropriate amount of tea leaves into the pot. 150ml pot is suitable for 6g tea, which can be adjusted according to your requirements.
  4. Brew the tea leaves with 90 hot water. Pour the tea water into a cup when you smell the tea fragrance. The first brewing should last about 1 minute, for the second and third time, it should last around 50 seconds and succeeding ones for 20-30 seconds. The tea can be brewed for more than 8 times.

沖泡方式:
   1.先准备開水或礦泉水。
   2.用熱水清洗茶具。茶具以瓷器(瓷壺、瓷碗)最為合適。將水煮沸後放約一分鐘,等水溫降到90度。
   3.在茶壺里投入適量茶葉。150ml的茶壺可放入6公克茶葉。或依自己喜好增減。
   4.茶葉放入茶壺後,倒入90度的熱水沖泡,茶味泡到合適時將茶水倒入杯中飲用。首泡1分鐘,第二、三泡約50秒,之後每一泡增加20到30秒。可泡8次以上。
